Yin Yoga
In this style of yoga you use the breath to deepen into relaxing poses by holding them for an extended period of time – 2 to 5 minutes. This amount of time allows the body to loosen in those hard to get places. Overtime, your stiff muscles and joints, flexibility and patience will improve. Yin offers the option to use blocks/blankets/bolsters/straps to help support the body or to go deeper into a pose. This class is NOT included in the FREE with membership.
